B-Side Alpine Hi-Fi Listening Bar | Alta Badia
Working closely with the hotel’s executive team, B-Side Alpine Hi-Fi Listening Bar was developed as a distinctive listening bar and cocktail destination, positioned to strengthen the hotel’s lifestyle offering. We led the project end to end, defining the concept and positioning, and delivering the interior design, brand identity, website, collateral, and menu concept. Alongside the physical and brand rollout, we managed social media direction and paid advertising, supporting the launch with targeted digital campaigns. The result is a contemporary Alpine hi-fi bar where sound, design, and hospitality come together as a cohesive, destination-led experience.
La Fradora Dolomites Wellness Hotel | Alta Badia
Working closely with the hotel’s executive team, La Fradora is an ongoing collaboration focused on strengthening the property’s digital presence and visibility within Alta Badia. Our work spans social media management, photography, website SEO optimisation, and Google Ads, ensuring the hotel is consistently positioned and discovered by the right audience. Through a hands-on, performance-led approach, we continue to support La Fradora in building a clearer, more engaging digital presence that reflects the character of the hotel and its location in San Cassiano.
Soleil Alpine Lifestyle Hotel | Alta Badia
Working closely with the executive team, Soleil Alpine Lifestyle Hotel engaged us to support a comprehensive brand repositioning. We defined the artistic direction of the brand, shaping how Soleil is expressed visually and communicated across channels. Our work spans social media management, Google and Meta advertising, and design collateral, ensuring a consistent, confident presence that strengthens the hotel’s positioning within a competitive alpine hospitality landscape.
Din Tai Fung Centre Point | London
Located in the heart of London, Din Tai Fung Centre Point marked a significant expansion of the brand into a new audience and context. We supported the launch and repositioning of the site, helping introduce Din Tai Fung to a broader London market while maintaining the brand’s global identity. Working closely with the executive team, we delivered a new brand website that adhered to the brief while being structured and optimised for conversion. Alongside this, we developed a 12-month strategic plan to guide digital, content, and marketing activity, ensuring a clear and consistent rollout following launch.

An iconic address overlooking Trafalgar Square, The Trafalgar St. James marked a bold new chapter with its transformation into a contemporary luxury hotel. We led the hotel’s pre-opening and launch, delivering a complete hotel launch strategy and brand positioning designed to introduce the property to the London market with clarity and confidence. Following a £125 million restoration, The Mole Resort emerged from its former life as a stately home hotel as a contemporary destination-led resort. Working closely with London & Regional Hotels & Resorts, we supported the rebrand and repositioning of the property, helping define a new identity aligned with its scale, setting, and ambition. Our work focused on brand direction, narrative development, and rollout across key touchpoints, including content and communications, ensuring the launch of The Mole Resort marked a clear and confident new chapter.
